We are developing novel miniaturized analysis systems for a sensitive, rapid, and simple determination of biomolecules. This system will have an impact on the field of medical diagnosis. We used the electrochemical signal amplification with enzyme catalysis reaction for the sensitivity. For rapidity and simplicity, we manipulated psections based on dielectroporesis. We are also developing the estimation systems for single cellular functions to apply to the assay device based on the cellular functions.
