When the material size becomes the size to be called a nanoscale, various properties based on the quantum theory appear which do not appear at a larger size. We study nanotechnology to discover the nanoscale microstructure formation using electron / ion beams and nanoimprint to search for these properties. Furthermore, we study a nanoscale microstructural new phenomenon searched using high brightness emission light of a soft X ray released by NewSUBARU.
